pls somebody how to fix bbm not work after update to OS 10.3.1.1565..only bbm not work..but if unplug the sim card then connect to wifi it's work..bbm only work without sim card then connect to wifi

yesterday i try downgrade to version 10.0..the lower version and today i upgrade again to version 10.3.1.1565 via phone..and its work again ...bbm work again...

dowm to version 10.2.x and autoloader version 10.3.1.1565. work 100%! i tested!
