Factory Reset

I have 2 BB one 8800 and one 8100, both have security enable, i try to disable with BBSAK 1.9.2 and not working
I conect the device, put pasword, read log from phone, tape factory reset, remove COD, nothing works.....the security stil enebled and no disable option.
Any solution?
