Here is what u do IF IT IS NOT HARDWARE PROBLEM!

Connect your phone to your PC and enable Mass Storeage Mode. Do not run Desktop Manager
Open My Computer on the PC and right mouse click the BlackBerry disk (probably E
Select Properties
Select Tools and then Error-Checking.
Check BOTH boxes and then Click Check Now
The utility will now check the BlackBerry Media Card
Remove the Media Card from your phone and put it into an adapter and plug it into the PC.
Repeat steps 2 - 6

If this does not work, then copy all the data from the card (while it is connected to the PC) and then do as Garz suggests and Format the Media Card in the BlackBerry - not in the PC.

Go to Options, Media Card, Press Menu and select Format Card
