Question Blackbarry BlockWrite 3 error reset

Hi
anybody knows about this problem Blockwrite 3 and reset error. I did not recognize that blockberry 8100. 8110. 8120. How do i solve this problem.

It's just cause by IT Policy.
The first Removing IT policy is needed.
The second....... ^_^ Just do anything you want.
