Hello Sir I Needx Z10 Balckbaryy Official Firmware

I Have 2 Autoloader

But After Flash With This Phone Menu Limitid Option

Like No Music Video Only Show Satings Twiter

Can Any One Upload It

its model z10 stl100-4

After flash via auto loader again update yur device through wifi goto settings/check for updates

Update online via ApploaderWebSL-Upgrade I had same problem solved by online updating .

Downgrade to 10.2.x den check for update via wifi
