| blackberry 8100 Hello i have a Blackberry 8100 customer bring me in problem of restarting i try to flash it without battery and start Apploader.exe it asks for pasword i give 10 times wrong and now Blackberry is not connecting to PC i try both ways with and without battery when insert cable onle Red Light and nothing happens on PC. help me pls |

| Well, at first you have to wipe the OS, using JL_cmder.exe (google it if you dont have it), after that you will get an error message "Error 507". Install lastest OS for 8100, delete Vendor.xml and open Apploader, you will probably get UNKNOWN PIN or the PIN #. Follow the prompts. |
