hello m8........i have bb 8220 that has to be unlock....and i follow due process.....but to my supprise..

SIM: UNKNOWN

NETWORK: UNKNOWN

NETWORK SUBSET: UNKNOWN

SERVICE PROVIDER: UNKNOWN

CORPORATE: UNKNOWN

And i've calculated the code.....

pls........what's the next step ???????

Try again after rebooting with a (any) SIM inside.
