Blackberry 8320 wont turn on only starts then off starts then off - GSM-Forum

this cellphone will not come on it only starts then it goes off and it keeps doing that till battery dies or i take if off can some one tell me how to fix it please.....

i have it instaled but since the cellphone keeps going on and off it wont let me do anything... what else could i do

Its a hardware issue. Power IC Issue.
