kindly advice me how to resolve this problem

Brother do u have App Loader.Just connect ur fone set to pc with the help of usb cable from fone to pc.Open App Loader, click next..here it'll show the " pin number " of fone set or " unknown pin " , click next,, then select the languages u want to install plus the apps like black berry messenger or aol messenger n also select tty policy or it policy then in the end click next...it will show a new dilogue box click finish to start loading.After its done then ur fone set shall start...when it starts select the languages u want then click next...next....open menu n go to signal section it will be shown like a tower click it, select network n start enjoying ur fone.good luck.
