blackberry 8520 can't upgrade to version 5.0 sol!!!!! - GSM-Forum

help all i try updating by bb 8520 with destop manager it does not complete d process it tells me to
visit blackberry,even when i use application loader wizard from common files research in motion it does
not give me an option to upgrade to version 5.0 it only shows the applications like games, e.t.c that should
be installed or removed 4rm the device pls what do i do to upgrade this phone?
