i seems that your phone is locked try to unlock then phone if doesnt work

try to reflow the pcd hope fully that phone is luquid damage.

in the program go to misc and clic in factory defaults

have bb 9300 with app error 523 .... now powers up and shows UNCAUGHT exception : Index 16 > = 16 then goes to APP ERROR 523 AGAIN .

i used JLCMDR when i got the UNCAUGHT error .. before it was just APP ERROR
