blackberry 8520 flash problem

dear all ,

i have bb8520 phone only coming with watch mark , then i try to flash but after 5 minits coming msg have user lock pl enter code, how can i slove this problem , any solution pl

enter 10 time wrong code then it ask for wipe and enter word blackberry...........now u have new phone without lock code

use jl_cmder and try wipe..........then os update

download jl_cmder from google......and wipe ur set via this soft............then update os.........if still have problem pm me........i will do via team viewer
