i m trying to update blackberry but getting this error

first download the latest version file from

BlackBerry - BlackBerry Desktop and Device Software Download Sites
and in stall it..
then go to
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
there u can see file Loader.exe.. start from there (remove the vendor.xml file before starting)

wipe the phone with JL_cedar and try again.....
