Blackberry 8520 says No application link (factory os)

hey guys please am in deperate need of your help...am new so please dnt be too harsh any help would be greatly appreciated... respect

Go here and look for and download the file for 8520, run it (a DOS window will open) and connect your phone without battery.

at the instant when the "upgrading RAM" process completes, insert the battery and wait for the loading process to finish.

that's all you may have to do. please let us know your feedback.
