Blackberry 8530 with spc ##000000

I programming this device one time ok
but now i need change number and now enter ##000000
show me:

"usage of programming lock code has exceeded the limit"

i try chance SPC with cdmaworkshop but nothing spc error, with qpst not read to spc error.
how to restard this lock to programming my device with my number?

i try programming via *228 OTA but not unlock spc this device is Iusacell Mexico And carrier try programming its same
i call to Iusacell Mexico and yours database show spc in 000000
this compañy not solution they do not know

Your code is otsl,not spc,for solution u must have MFI-27560-013 end cfp loader new ver 3.9.0.73, and unicdma,for read spc

The most easy way to read spc on blackberry is make a loader
like this

:START
loader -u load MFI/MFI-16302-029
pause
GOTO exit


the the phone come to
"NO APLICATION LINKED"
then read the spc whit just read in workshop or unicdma
and change to 000000
then load the soft whit a loader like this

:START
loader -u load rim8330c.sfi
pause
GOTO exit

ready in 2 minutes any blackberry
u need a new loader to put a new blackberry 9630 and 8530
in ""no aplication linked"" and read the spc

interesting can you give more details about loader creation for this kind of blackberry please

i try to make loader as bat file but when i invoque loader.exe from research in motiuon directory nothing happends just loader.exe pop up, what is the "loader " file or where can i found it
