513 Reset and then I can do someone can help me

CLICK APPLICATION LOADER
THEN CLICK UPDATE SOFTWARE
AND PROBLEM SOLVED 100%

(THIS IS WHAT DID THE JOB WHEN I HAD THT PROBLEM)

NOW ITS SOLVED
