Blackberry 8900 no ringer


hi
any iddea about bb 8900 ringer ic ?
i already tried more buzzers, but same effect, when music is played, it make a noise inside buzzer , but no sound, just a noise.

Same problem. I think that if one knows where are the two pins where the audio comes from we could jump the circuit board (thinking that it is not a hardware damage just a connection damage), the question is: where are these two pins?. I just know that they should be under some of the metal protections we find on board where the audio chip is....

8900 no sound, i replace ringer and flex but still same, any idea about this problem helf pls and i need schamatic diagram also to solve this prolem pls
