its 100% software problem
bootrom erased
try to findout haw to write bootrom
1 = any test point then conect to usb
2 = any test point then flash bootrom with serial
3 = ext voltage for ram flash processor
4 = any other pinout for comport (manual comport popout sometime in errored phone in apploader)
5 = burst pulse for rf ic to generate cpu clock - then it will connect
6 = any key pressed boot (press x+y+z then insert usb)

its my ideas
RIM should use some technics while manufacturing
all hardware must empty from factory
or no security surwive as simlock or branding
mathod 1-4-6 are most of me
sorry if i am wrong

oK, i'm no expert but I tried enabling my comport 3 because it was disabled then i used this code in CMD CD \
CD PROGRA~1
CD COMMON~1
CD RESEAR~1
CD APPLOA~1
LOADER /NOJVM
now my bb 9530 has no red flashing lights and its being updated by apploader.. I'm not sure if you will have the same luck as me, but its worth the try. Oh i also removed my battery when i was doing all this. Mind you it took me a few time to get this to even work. I will reply if my phone is working again

I just realized that i used the Flasher.bat file to get my phone to work
