Blackberry 9220 red light blinking, when detected by PC , it will ask for password, and when the correct or wrong password is put in, it keep saying 10 attempt left.

i never try with box software (like chimera), i want to try it. but my feeling this a hardware problem.
maybe anyone can found a solution for this problem.
