Blackberry 9300 error 507 after loading os

Hi There, I hope somebody can help with this.

I have nuked and wiped my Blackberry 9300 many times and tried to install latest system and others with:
loader
loader /nojvm
MCP
BBSAK
9300-500-B1440-TelefonicaInstaladorRapido

With loader the system seems to load but when re-booting to load applications shows error 507 but continues to load applications.

When finished, booting goes to 75% and reboots a few times then boot bar goes to end, waits then gives error 200.

Then go into MCP and directory lists all applications loaded - seems OK.

cfp INFO gives

Thank you for your advice.
I have OS installed. Which driver must be installed?

Results are that factory reset wiped data.

When rebooted, bar went to 100% then stopped and gave error 200.

Here is the section of the error log where the failure seemed to occur:

In BBSAK I loaded the os again which seemed to load OK.
When it rebooted it went to the 75% loaded then restarted loop.
I then did another factory reset and it wiped data then went back in the loop.

Anything else I can try please?

Thanks again

Thanks for your replies.

I eventually got it to start up but when I removed the battery and replaced it went back to error condition.
What is location of the boot ic as I suspect it needs reflowing?

Thanks again
