status: hang error 545

tools:5310 usb cable and firmware download here:BlackBerry - BlackBerry Desktop and Device Software Download Sites

procedure: after download the firmware install go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader

Run the Apploader nd follow the following instruction.....

i had tried it and it works but when i reinstall the battery then it again give error"jvm error 545" what to do now..plz help bro..thanks in advance..!!
