just start C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader\ in that directory start loader.exe if you have your firmware installed if not either download it,,, rundesktop manager +update firmware, either way,when it ask to backup,,,untick no backup... it reinstall for you,,, dont forget delete vendor.xml in same dir as loader.exe above  theres shorter ways do it with jlcommander,,, but i explained the easy way for you.. click thanks if im right! | |
