and Stop flashing.
Battery Full.

Because with this same cable i flash a BB 8220 rigth.

flash without bat, whwn init process put the bat (full charge the bat)

Hello

try this reinstall drivers reinstall Desktop manager and then try to do that as u know u phone stop working at Initialize step so it mean problem in connection .

Try and Post Result.

listen dear, putt out battery and try to flash.
when software show's "waiting for device initilization"
then put battery and see screen if screen not shows on then power on manually.
and it should be working
these procejure do with orignal cable or orignal nokia cable.
if not then change ur pc.
sometime 1 pc not communicate.
u should must have 2 pc's or 2 windows in ur pc.
then u can confirm it whats actual problem.

Mate one & only one solution just charge your battery full & then try again yesterday i solve this problem
