Blackberry 9630 Sprint Activation required - GSM-Forum

can anybody help me, i have Blackberry 9630 it says activation required, its already unlock from sprint network, can anybody help me how to have a code.
when i type ##000000 it says invalid password.... TIA

i have the same problem, and i note that if never active, there will be no web browser. need help urgent.!
