blackberry 9630 tour problem - GSM-Forum

hello m8, my blackberry 9630 tour is giving a warning battery low, i switch it off and i inserted charger into it.......i waited for about 30 minutes with the phone only with up red light only.......

i try to power it.........its not power till now. its only with up red light and after few seconds red light goes off and not boot up....

i try to upgrade the firmware........my PC says UNKNOWN DEVICE.

how to solve this......

well if it's a software problem, just need to flash it.
use the loader to flash it. loader is in

program file/common files/ research in motion/ apploader

need to have the software for you BB.

you can find more help ising the search buttom

Could be battery problem even. try another one.
