|  Blackberry 9700 boots halfway and restarts over and over again My blackberry 9700 boots halfway and restarts itself, i have tried to reload it the phone with desktop manager, even wipe it with blackberry master control program software if it is nuked but it keep on repeating the same thing. i have serviced the board and try to re-ball/heat the board but still the same thing. before i thought it was nuked but not. i think its hardware problem. please can anybody help me out with this problem, i ll appreciate. thanks a lot.... |
