2 methods.
First method and very simple: - enter wrong more than 10 times and ur phone will be erased.
Second method: - BBsak

it asking me to for a new password every time entering password not accepting.the message is password must be at least one letter & one number.

You have to put a password including one letter and one number, example here: Blackberry1 or Berry1, look the first letter is uppercase and the last letter is a number digit. Try it and post results.
