Blackberry 9700 restarting - GSM-Forum

Problem: phone turns off and restarts as if has a flat battery but battery is charged also tried differnt battery charged in another phone same thing occurs

Does same with charger plugged in, sometimes will not restart unless battery is removed and then refitted also now has latest firmware still the same

any ideas guys?

reflash it with latest firmware
