Member: 1568706 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Hi it seems like IT Policy requirement feature on your device is enabled which requires a password. Is your device connected to BES? Actually IT policies are enabled when you are connected to BES and if there is a padlock adjacent to disabling password feature, then it means you have to contact your IT department to disable this feature.
