Blackberry 9780 Cannot Disable Password

When i disable password but disable option cannot highlight

how to disable ???

use bbsak then choose factorydefault, backup ur data first

Hi it seems like IT Policy requirement feature on your device is enabled which requires a password. Is your device connected to BES? Actually IT policies are enabled when you are connected to BES and if there is a padlock adjacent to disabling password feature, then it means you have to contact your IT department to disable this feature. You cant do it manually...
