Blackberry 9780 - can't get MEP2 input screen - GSM-Forum

Hi there,

I am having problem trying to unlock this phone.
I have NSPRO which I am using to get unlocking codes.

Once I get the codes, I went to option>device>advance setting>sim card and typed MEPD which prompts some more options.

Then

When I type MEP2 nothing comes up on the screen.

How can I unlock this phone?

restart phone and typed MEPD ok to all

I have done that.
Another point

When I type MEPD all the the option that come up are defined as "disabled"
does that mean that my phone is already unlocked? if yes, why I get SOS - Sim not provisioned 2?

just turn connections off,then turn mob off,
put a non accepted sim in
power on mob
turn connections back on
you will be asked for the unlock code
enter mep2 code
done

I have followed the approach you have suggested but no MEP2 screen was prompted.

Your mobile all ready unlocked just change other sim its you sim problem
& also select in wirless network gsm
