Blackberry 9780 reboot itself like 2-4 times everyday

I need permanent solution to this my Blackberry 9780 that reboot itself like 2-4 times everyday.
here are the solutions I had taken so far :
1.Flashed it with all the available 9780 os online
2. Wiped it with different software
3. Reset to factory default many time but not yet alright .

I therefore need genuine and urgent solution to this my blackberry 9780 (bold 4)
