blackberry 9810 red blink show password 10 left but password not accept,and cannot wipe how to solve this problem any body help me please

input wrong pass. or any password 9times the last attempt enter blackberry password.

Me too had experienced such problem and I was told that the solution is not yet available by an expert GSM Technicians
