Sir i have blackberry 9810 it was working fine one day stuck on blackberry at 75% i flash 3 time but same problem
please help me solve this Problem

sir When i run the software Cmd open and say Press any key to Continue... but when i press key it goes away
So please tell me how to use this software

Reinstal your windows br because your system windows crash with the software.
Recomended on windows xp sp3 only
I'm using & made in the win xp sp3 and tested 100% is working good no problem

Sir this software work it eraes and update 2 or 3 time after in my blackberry red light is blinking so now i flash my phone

okay your welcome

Recomended using os 7.0 after stuck booting because if you use the os 7.1 will possibly occur stuck loading / booting again

immediately restart and again loading 75%

my question???

whether this software or hardware problem

and what is the solution to this problem.

sir i m also reinstall window again but full erease not work in my pc its gone when press any key thx in advance its window XP sp3

put cfp/RIM Wireless Device Command-Line Programmer
in windows system.use newest cfp

put cfp/RIM Wireless Device Command-Line Programmer---- download and install antivirous disable than go to full erase setup ----cannect your phone --press any key than started full erase than go to destop manager update ur phone 100000% your phone working win sp3 itry it 9810 hang on logo 75% thanks
