Kindly close any of those un-necessary applications running in the background. Before downloading something or loading a webpage just be sure about the internet connection. Possibly it's the issue of network availibility. And just cross check once whether your device has enough space( if you are trying to download a large file). Hope this serves

try to wipe or nuke first then flash with rapido file done 3 sets so far
