Blackberry 9900 Hangs after few minutes of usage

Hi All,

I have Blackberry 9900 Bold Handset.
The problem with handset is that, the handset gets hang after few minutes of usage.
The time is not fixed but it gets hanged in 10 - 15 mins.

Some observations.
The mobile works perfectly when plugged on charging.
Mobile gets hang within few mins of removing the charger.
Trackpad light keeps on glowing when mobile is hang
no keys work, if we reconnect charger nothing gets displayed on screen (blank Screen).


We have formatted handset with javaloader and reload software.
Done basic servicing of Motherboard ( Cleaning with thinner etc)

Kindly help in resolving this issue.

Dear All,

I have 1 more 9900 which has autoscroll issue.

Autoscroll starts automatically at random times.

Kindly suggest some solution.

Dear ,

I have changed the keypad full set.
It worked well for 10 -12 days.
but now the problem has again resarted.

Kindly help for solution.
