Blackberry 9900 no 3g - GSM-Forum

I've come across 2 9900's with the same problem, they both dont go to 3g, but 2g works fine, and they have a symbol under the network icon that looks like a circle with a cross and radio waves pointing to the right which I've never seen before . Any ideas one this one ?

bro u need to flash ur fone and then tell what about ur phone stutes?
and send also screen short then i wil help u more properly
