i have one 9930 verizon country lock
i unlocked phone imei.phone also need activation required.i activated the phone also restart.then when i try to call in this phone just beep and disconnect.im go to network settings then change network option,after change this option go reboot automatically,this restart cant stop now continusly restart the phone with sim and without sim
befor change the network option phone working well,i hope this is software defect how can i solved this problem

no chance to hardware
i try with AppLoader but phone disconnected automatically

try with desktop manager , reload software then post....

do it with pbtool best and easy way

In order to take that activation message off, you need an MSL code.
