blackberry bold 9000 red light blinking
 

need help please,

i did unlock blackberry bold 9000 with MFI and flash with BlackBerry Desktop Manager,
After done flash get error os not found or some thing after that phone goes dead
Red light blinking when you put usb data cable or charger.
Now the big problem is phone not attach to the computer any more so please
Need your help how can I get alive,
Please don’t forget to answer because is *******r phone and its been more then one week to keep the phone,

No worries my friend all you need is to download the latest sfi files and dont forget to download the latest flashfile update were you can download it at www.blackberry.com , look for the country provider were your phone is lock to.then run MFI loader again and make sure ( TURN OFF) ur internet conection and dissable autostart.after the click PHONE INFO,UNLOCK, at the very end of the process it will ask you to FULL FLASH YOUR PHONE,open the Blackberry desktop manager the click the UPDATE for your dead phone.it takes a while to finish and after flashing it will ask you to ente "S.T.A.R.T" after typing start then it wil reboot and DONE . :D

Pull up Desktop Manager and open up the application loader. When you attempt to update your software you'll notice it won't pick up ur phone because of the usb problem u r having. At this time, connect ur phone to the USB cable and immeditately click on OK once u see ur USB PIN.

this will recover ur phone and then u can try the multiloader all over again. sry, I'm not an expert so this is the only way I know of. It happened to me too and I'm still stuck with a locked 8900

You must provide fully charge battery then download the latest desktop manager for 9000 then plug in the usb cable.its should recognize new hardware or RIM , after that quickly Click Detect device and it will look USB PIN,Then Go to Restore mode to flash it with the latest updates.

Please remember the main problem here is that the computer does not recognise the blackberry at all. Ther is no USB connection not even for a second.
Now the question is how to get the computer to recognise the device.
Any experiences to share, please ?

i have exactly the same problem. red light blinks.
i think nothing helps in my case. probably the radiolaptool was too much...

connect bb without battery it will connect ur bb to computer and when it shows connecting jvm put the battery and ur bb will flash and if it didnt work then use usb cable bb5 tiger 3 in one

Guys, I toasted a brand new Blackberry Bold..... I spent the better part of a Day researching how to resolve the problem......

MFI loader Instructions....

Downloads:

1. VSM file for your carrier, you will need to search the internect using google....
2. MML Installation http://rapidshare.de/files/45231476/MMLSetup.msi.html

Installation Instructions:


1. Run MMLSetup.msi

2. Locate the Directory C:\MML & Unzip MML.zip into this directory (this will install files into the MML directory, ***select overwrite all***)

3. The VSM file is for recovering from a botched update.


Here is a short version of what to expect.

1. Disable your connection to the internet (cable or wifi)

2. Launch MFI Loader and ensure auto start is checked & "full erase" is UNCHECKED!!!!!!!!!! (Very Important)***********

3. Connect your device via USB Cable

4. Let it do it's thing until you see a "FAIL" in the MFI Loader, your device will have a white screen with an error message "No Application...... Factory OS"...... Don't Panic!!!!!!!

5. Unplug your device, close & open the MFI Loader & ensure "Autostart" is UNCHECKED....... Hit ctrl+alt+shift+f12 keys all at the same time & a menu will be presented......

6. Plug your device back in and select Load VSM.... you will have to locate where you stored the VSM file, click on it and indicate to open / run...... you will see a message "VSM file loaded successfully"...... this takes less than a couple seconds.....

7. Turn On your Internect Connection again, launch the desktop manager & load the OS for your device ( or the one you wish to use, please ensure it is compatible with your device)......

8. Your Done!!!!! Pat yourself on the Back!!!!!!

hi, i had fully working 9000 bold. it was switching on and evrything was fully working until i bought another 9000 bold dead. i thought it might be battery problem in dead phone so i swapped battery from the phone dead phone to working one. now i m trying to switching my working phone with its own old battery which was working fine but its not switching on. there is no red light coming on for some reason. any idea why its doing that. please help

hi guys.i had 2 phones blackberry bold 9000. both was not switching on and was not charging when i used to connect to charger. i tryied everything but i had no luck with both them. now i tryied something else, i took battery out for 48 hours and didnt do nothing. after 2 days i put battery in the phone and i put it on charge amazing after few min. its start showing charging. both phon working fully now.
please try this. make sure you take battery out for 2 days and do not connect to charger. after 2 days put battery in and connect phone with charger. leave for about 10min it should start switch on.
