delete the vendor file from c/program/common file/reasearch in motion /app loader /and try its done dont be confused

hi my blackberry will not turn on it has the red blinking light as the battery died I have tried many methods such as using Master Control , App Loader and so on I have been trying to look for my VSM fille but cannot locate it anywhere please help!!!
