try here:

https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=cellularone

if you encounter any problems releasing your pin, do be aware that at&t has bought the cellular one brandname.

Try ATT. Cellular one and cingular share the same as ATT. You got nothing to loose as long as you back up your BB.

Blackberries from cellular one dobson have a vendor id of 160. And appear to be unbranded with the stock rim startup & shutdown screens. But they are subsidy locked to cellular one sim cards.

The ones from att mobility have a vendor id of 102. These will have custom cingular or at&t startup & shutdown screens along with various cingular customizations in the main menu. These phones are also subsidy locked to at&t sim cards.
