Application loader could not connect to your device,ensure that your device is connected securely to your computer and click Retry.

are you sure connecting your phone to pc? i dont think so

First wipe it with BBSAK!

I have a blackberry given to me i do not know how to use it,coz i dont have a manual where can i get a manual so i know how to operate it.And how can i know features like what it realy has incase i want to sell it?all i know is a red blackberry rim that is it.htc desire s battery
