blackberry desktop software requires that your computer is running windows xp sp3 or later
i got this error when i try to install blackberry device manager from play book.. pls guide what to do ?

u r intalling latest version in ur computer........and latest version requirement is sp3 and etc..........download some old version of BB desktop manger......ur problem will be slove

Install latest blackberry desktop manager on window 7 ultimate, it will work better without any error.
