hello, I've bb 9000 which lights only red, I'am trying to flash with loader but in the device box there is a unknown device, can anybody help me?

you have many posts with same problem
just use SEARCH button !

hello bro! here is a solution to your problem:when you use your apploader and it shows unknown device.clock on the next bottom and follow the instruction and reload the software you install.
