From This :C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files Then Click Ok

I used this software sometime in July and it worked for the BB.However whenever I try to use it now it just freezes and that is the end. With a newly formatted system and even windows 7 32bit, situation is still the same.
