no man its just with dongle and costs 400$u$ , but can change everything imei bbpin, bands etc etc

There is a guy from Peru currently in my country doing imei without dongle, problem is that it is not for sell like the famous DM3. Wish these guys would let other make a little money. But there is such a software.
