check usb jeck or cable i think one is defective thats why not show ophone info

go to driver install if u see blackberry device have (?) delect it and reconnect phone

no no..the good solution is delete desktop manager v6...and install with version 5....for me i use 2pc..one is installed with desltop v5..an other with v6..

DO 3 STEP ONLY

1. un install blackberry firmware
2. go to program files > common files > research in motion > DELETE APPLOADER FOLDER
3. install again blackberry firmware

* remember to delete vendor.xml before double click apploader
