blackberrys stuck on loading 75%

hi guys here from ecuador.

i have a 8520, 9810 and 9860 stuck on loading 75%
the 9810 and 9860 had entered into the system, though i had solved the issue, but when i was configurating them, they stop working, and restarted both.
should i coninue doing software?? or what should i do?

the 8520 is stuck on 75% never enter in the system so i think that has something to do with a harware repair but still dont know what to do.

please help

thanks to every answer and people trying to help!

For 9810 and 9860 it may be corrupted built in memory , then you can wipe it using cfp and then reflash software . And 8520 seems like hardware problem , first need to disassembly and search - may be some places have vater damage , then clean it and try to reflah again
