read all previous posts well regarding BB anti theft remove. anyway i will tell you the procedure that i have done with bb 10 devices here. download the firmware (developer auto loader 10.3.1) from following link for your device model. then flash it with.you will have your device without anti theft.after that you have to sign in with your bb id ( new id or existing one). then you can update to latest version via phone's menu.thats what i did. hope this will help you.... | |
