Blackberry Torch 9800 keypad problem (how to replace / fix) also speaker issue

Hi,

Im having a Blackberry Torch 9800 keypad problem. Some buttons dont type so i deassembled the blackberry but im stuck at taking out keypad, so i could clean it with the brush. Would this help if yes then please tell us how to take out blackberry 9800 keypad.
If there is another solution i.e. changing the IC or reheating then please tell us.
Also the speakers dont work sometimes, I cant hear the other person sumtimes but they can.

Hi

This video doesnt show how to take off the keypad on torch 9800, how do you fix it if some buttoms are not typing? and how do you fix the headphone problem so I could hear the other person on the phone?

Some one just told me the whole set of keypad comes together, so I ll have to get a new set, but how can i take out the camera and put it into a new keypad set?
