I tried it but my bb10 not connecting to bootrom

it boots to error screen then after half a minute it turns off

My blackberry z10 was sleeped red light was blinking how to solve this plz tell me

I have followed the flashing procedure as per the instructions but after flashing the borders are showing some writings "0X2BFC1599" on both sides. Please help me resolve this issue. :confused::confused::confused::confused:
